As part of this effort, several chapter leaders are currently in the enrollment and onboarding process, marking a major step in the Chamber\u2019s mission to build a stronger national network for Haitian American businesses, entrepreneurs, professionals, and community leaders.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">The announcement comes ahead of the Chamber\u2019s Second Annual Haitian American Business Summit, taking place on October 31 at the Blue Hills Ballroom, formerly known as Lombardo\u2019s, in Randolph, Massachusetts. The summit will be followed on November 1 by the Chamber\u2019s 7th Annual National Haitian American Young Professional Awards Gala, an evening dedicated to celebrating leadership, excellence, entrepreneurship, and the growing impact of Haitian American professionals across the country.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">\u201cThis is a defining moment for the U.S. Haitian Chamber of Commerce and for Haitian American business leadership nationwide,\u201d said Dr. Hans Patrick Domercant, President and CEO of the U.S. Haitian Chamber of Commerce. \u201cOur national expansion reflects a clear vision: to build a stronger, more connected economic network for Haitian American entrepreneurs, professionals, and community leaders. As we work with leaders across 14 states through our chapter enrollment and onboarding process, we are creating a platform that will help our community grow, collaborate, advocate, and lead at a national level.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">The Second Annual Haitian American Business Summit will bring together business owners, executives, investors, public officials, nonprofit leaders, professionals, and community stakeholders for a day of networking, panel discussions, business development opportunities, and strategic conversations focused on economic growth and collaboration within the Haitian American community.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">\u201cThe Business Summit is designed to be more than a gathering. It is a space for business education, relationship-building, investment conversations, and practical opportunities for growth,\u201d said Emmanuela Romain-Amedee, Business Summit and Awards Gala Committee Chair. \u201cHaitian American entrepreneurs and professionals are contributing across industries, and this summit gives us a platform to organize that talent, share resources, and create stronger pathways for success.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Following the summit, the 7th Annual National Haitian American Young Professional Awards Gala will recognize outstanding young professionals, entrepreneurs, and leaders who are making meaningful contributions in business, civic engagement, education, health care, technology, arts, public service, and community development.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">A major focus of this year\u2019s announcement is the Chamber\u2019s growing chapter network. Through this national expansion initiative, the Chamber aims to increase access to business resources, advocacy, networking opportunities, technical assistance, professional development, and regional leadership opportunities for Haitian American communities across the United States.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">\u201cAs National Chapters Liaison, my focus is to help build a strong and sustainable chapter structure that reflects the needs of each region while advancing one national mission,\u201d said Emmanuel Jean, National Chapters Liaison for the U.S. Haitian Chamber of Commerce. \u201cThese chapters will serve as local hubs for business support, civic engagement, leadership development, and economic collaboration. This expansion effort will allow us to better serve Haitian entrepreneurs and professionals where they live, work, and build.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Among the leaders involved in the Chamber\u2019s chapter expansion efforts are Rachelle Antoine, representing the New York Chapter initiative, and Guerline Pierre, representing the New Jersey Chapter initiative. Both are expected to play key roles in strengthening the Chamber\u2019s regional presence as the onboarding process continues.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">\u201cNew York is home to one of the largest and most dynamic Haitian communities in the nation,\u201d said Rachelle Antoine, New York Chapter President. \u201cOur chapter will serve as a catalyst for economic opportunity, connecting Haitian American entrepreneurs, professionals, creatives, and emerging leaders with the partnerships, resources, and visibility they need to thrive. By building bridges across business, infrastructure, aviation, and community development, we will create new pathways for collaboration and growth.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">\u201cSouth Jersey has a strong and growing Haitian business and professional community, and I am honored to help lead this important chapter initiative,\u201d said Guerline Pierre, New Jersey Chapter President. \u201cThis opportunity is more than a title; it is a commitment to serving our community and helping build a stronger future for Haitian entrepreneurs, professionals, business owners, and young leaders throughout South Jersey.
