We are pleased to announce that Juanita D. Allen, Diversity and Recruitment Manager at Commonwealth of Massachusetts will be joining us at our job fair on June 8th.. Ms. Allen will be there to discuss the multitude of positions within the various state agencies in the commonwealth.
Also joining us are representatives from the 2020 United States Census,The U.S. Coast Guard, Barron Chiropractic and Rehabilitation and many others.
Juanita Allen is the Diversity and Recruitment Manager for the Talent and Culture Team, a component of the Human Resources Division.

My responsibilities consist of:
- Identify and build relationships with external organizations, colleges, universities, local events and conferences that create diverse candidate pipelines for our short-term and long-term hiring needs.
- Create a sourcing strategy that builds a diverse candidate pipeline for targeted roles. Review resumes, interview and assess candidates for required skills and cultural fit.
I received a Bachelor’s of Arts in Public Relations from Howard University. I have received many awards and accolades including the “Manuel Carballo Governor’s Award for Excellence in Public Service”.
