What an incredible celebration of Haitian excellence!
Last Saturday, May 31st, we proudly hosted the 7th Annual Haitian American Business Expo and Job Fair at the Reggie Lewis Center — a vibrant and inspiring way to close out Haitian Heritage Month!
Our President and CEO, Dr. Hans Patrick Domercant, opened the event with a powerful message, calling on us to continue supporting immigrant- and minority-owned businesses and to never forget the strength of our identity and heritage.
We were honored to welcome Boston Mayor Michelle Wu and City Council President Ruthzee Louijeune, two remarkable leaders who continue to champion equity, opportunity, and inclusion in our city.
We also extend a special thank you to Consul General Regine Etienne, who joined us for this important event.
Huge thanks to our incredible partners and sponsors who made this event possible, including:
Quadrillion Tech Solutions, Abelard Psychotherapy, Mayor’s Office of Economic Opportunity and Inclusion, Wegmans, DoorDash, MassDevelopment, Lighthouse Behavioral Health, Tele Choublak, Ekran Marabou, and many others.
To our behind-the-scenes team and volunteers — thank you for your tireless work and unwavering commitment.
Though Haiti continues to face significant challenges, we remain rooted in resilience, unity, and progress. We will keep pushing. We will keep building. And we will continue to remind the world of who we are.
Thank you all for being part of this journey.
