First Annual Immigrant Small Business Survey
Complete the survey now and enter to WIN BIG!
Immigrant small businesses play a significant role in the economic development of the United States. However, some immigrant small business entrepreneurs are less successful than non-immigrant entrepreneurs.
The U.S. Haitian Chamber of Commerce, Inc. is working with other local partners to conduct an annual small business survey. The survey will track trends and identify issues and challenges facing Massachusetts’ immigrant small businesses.
Results of the survey will help our Chamber, local governments and policy makers better understand the current state of immigrant small businesses and prioritize policies to best serve the region’s immigrant small business community.
The survey should only take about 7-10 minutes to complete and your responses are anonymous. Immigrant small businesses are defined in this study as companies with fewer than 500 employees and with majority foreign-born ownership (51% or more).
Participants who complete the survey by December 31, 2019 and provide their name and email address will be entered into a drawing to win one of following prizes:
1) 2 Delta e-passes. Delta flight e-passes can be combined for round trip travel and are valid only in the United States, its territories and its possessions, including Puerto Rico.
2) 1 Free booth/table at the 4th Annual Haitian American Business Expo and Job Fair.
3) 10 hours of free business consultations.
A press conference will be held in early 2020 to present the survey results.
