The U.S. Haitian Chamber of Commerce is proud to present the 6th Annual Haitian American Young Professional Awards (HAYPA) Gala, a prestigious evening that honors Haitian-American professionals under the age of 45 who exemplify leadership, innovation, and an unwavering commitment to their communities.
Taking place as the grand finale of the Inaugural Haitian American Business Summit, the Gala will celebrate rising stars from across the country who are driving impact in business, civic life, culture, and beyond.
A National Tribute
The HAYPA Gala is more than a celebration—it’s a national tribute to excellence in the Haitian-American community. Each year, we proudly recognize outstanding individuals from across the diaspora, including honorees from Massachusetts, New York, Florida, Georgia, Washington D.C., New Jersey, and more. The tradition continues in 2025 as we highlight the exceptional talent and leadership that exists within our vibrant national network.

Eligibility: Nominees must be under 45, with demonstrated leadership, significant professional accomplishments, and community involvement.
Self-Nominations: We encourage professionals to advocate for themselves—self-nominations are welcomed.
Deadline: All nominations must be received by September 1, 2025.

U.S. Haitian Chamber Toussaint Louverture Award
Selected by the Chamber’s Board of Directors to honor bold, visionary leadership in the spirit of Toussaint Louverture.
U.S. Haitian Chamber Patriotic Award
Recognizes a Haitian-American whose actions reflect deep dedication to public service, justice, or civic responsibility.
Community Champions Award (New in 2025)
This newly established award honors professionals and grassroots leaders who are making a direct, transformative impact within their local communities—whether through mentorship, service, advocacy, or neighborhood-driven initiatives.
The Community Champions Award also marks the official launch of the Chamber’s Community Champions Circle—a new initiative designed to engage, connect, and collaborate with past award honorees and finalists in meaningful, lasting ways. Through this initiative, we aim to build a national network of changemakers committed to long-term community growth, collective problem-solving, and shared leadership.
