Councilwoman Estimé-Irvin is an innovative and forward-thinking leader dedicated to fostering inclusiveness and empowering her community. Since being elected as the District 3 Representative for the City of North Miami, she has been a steadfast force for progress—advocating for youth and women’s empowerment, minority business development, transportation, and technology.
With a strong background in business and nonprofit leadership, she brings a unique blend of strategic insight, civic dedication, and visionary leadership. As Chairwoman of the National Haitian American Elected Officials Network (NAHEON) and an active member of multiple national and state-level organizations, her work continues to inspire and uplift communities across Florida and beyond.
