With over 30 years of experience in manufacturing, maritime logistics, and business development, Richard has helped shape Haiti’s industrial sector, creating thousands of jobs and advancing U.S.–Haiti trade opportunities.

As the youngest-ever president of ADIH, he also helped initiate discussions that contributed to the landmark HOPE Act.

At a critical moment for Haiti, his leadership and experience bring valuable perspectives on rebuilding our economy through investment, manufacturing, trade, and job creation.
